One run at a time

The starfield keeps getting faster.

Plonk is built around short, continuous runs. You steer through a starfield, avoid obstacles, and try to stay alive as the pace gradually increases.

There is no quiet finish line waiting ahead. Each run continues for as long as you can read the path, find the openings, and react quickly enough.

Control and timing

Easy to understand, difficult to master.

Tap and hold to steer, then release to change direction. The simple control lets you begin immediately, but small decisions carry greater consequences as the speed increases.

A shield, slow motion, and a magnetic field can extend a run. Energy is limited, so each power-up works best when used at the right moment.

The star map

100 real constellations to unlock.

The stars you collect build progress towards constellations from the real night sky. The collection ranges from familiar patterns such as Orion and Taurus to less familiar constellations including Sculptor and Pictor.

Each unlocked constellation is shown with its name and pattern on a dedicated star map. That gives every run a purpose beyond the next high score.

Weekly competition

A fresh leaderboard every Monday.

The global leaderboard starts fresh every Monday. Everyone gets another opportunity to set the week's best result, regardless of earlier runs.

You can play without an account. A Google account is only required if you want to submit your score to the weekly leaderboard.

Take one more run.

Plonk is free on Google Play. The iOS version is coming soon.
