When you select a language, a functional cookie named exlo-language is stored for up to 12 months. It remembers only Norwegian or English and is not used for advertising.
The website may use a country code supplied by its infrastructure and your browser language to choose Norwegian or English on the first visit. The main website does not request precise location.
If you send an email, the address, message, and any attachments are processed in order to reply and follow up on the enquiry.
Technical data is processed for the legitimate interest of secure and stable operation. The language choice is stored to provide the function you selected. Email is processed to answer and document the enquiry.
Information is not kept longer than needed for its purpose. The language cookie expires after no more than 12 months unless renewed. Email and technical logs are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer necessary, subject to documentation and security needs.
